Day one of Spring Break? Success.
We were able to spend some time at the Plant City Strawberry Festival, then went to the Oxford Exchange in Downtown Tampa which, by the way, is one of my new favorite places. I could spend hours there drinking coffee and checking out all the books they have in stock.
To top the day off we went to Ella's for dinner. I went straight for the Breakfast of Champions shot (Butterscotch schnapps & Jameson = amazing).
Looking forward to what this next week has to offer!

Um. I have way too many things from Target in my closet and just realized when I was filling in the clothing details in this post that the majority of my outfit is from there. That's what I get when I wake up too late and throw on whatever I can find.

Well, Winter break has ended and my heart is broken. I always wish I had more time to read more books and... well, sleep more and hang out with all of my friends before I have to go back and my "free" time is severely limited, so my FDOC is a harsh reality.
Going back to school is always the hardest, and after the semester I had last year I feel like I have PTSD (Post Traumatic School Disorder). I literally have nightmares about the last 6 months, and maybe I'm just overly dramatic and get stressed out too easily but I'm just happy to put those months behind me.
I usually go all out for my first day of class. You know: dress, heels, etc. but it was way.too.cold. As y'all may have noticed (unless you live in Florida) the weather has been frigid the past few days. Below zero and all that, so I was not about to walk across my large campus in a dress and heels (in the words of Sweet Brown, "ain't nobody got time for that").
I just went with a super simple outfit, and since it was 22 degrees when I walked out the door, I'm pretty happy I did.
What did you wear for your first day of classes? Let me know in the comments!
